Description
Check valve is made from ceramic ball and seat assembled in to housing from PEEK, hardened by steel ring. The ball close flow by liquid back moving.
Slightest particle can cause bad valve function, therefore is it necessary to filtrate used liquid.
You can clean up the check valve using maximum pump flow rate (PURGE) by opened by-pass valve, or after removing to wash them in to ultrasonic bath. By check valves assembling have to be the four holes up by both valves ( inlet and outlet).

Alpha 50 a 100, Beta 50, Kappa, VRS 15, VRS 100, VRS 50 CO2, 4000.11, 4000.2, 4010.1 and 2, 4020.3, 5 a 7, 4100.2 and LCP 50S.
